Director Of NursingThis DON position will have a "split" schedule - Tuesday - Thursday - 8am - 4:40pm; Friday and Saturday - 3pm - 11pmPosition SummaryAs Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for the overall quality clinical outcomes of the community. Priority one will be quality care, customer service and employee relations. In addition, regulatory management, attracting and retaining top performing talented team members as well as the supervision and career coaching of existing team members on staff.We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our facility's care-giving team. The successful DON will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing care for the community. Must value safety, security and patient wellness above all else.
