PRN Occupational Therapist

We're hiring PRN Occupational Therapists to provide in-home care in either Montgomery County or Prince George's County, Maryland. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OT work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for OTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.

Pick up units based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way

Evaluations, individualized treatment plans, reassessments, and discharge — start to finish, your patients, your plan

ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, home safety, and caregiver education

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Supervise COTAs on the cases you share

Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning

Active Maryland OT license

1–2 years of clinical OT experience

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Competitive per-unit compensation, based on visit type (eval, routine, recert, discharge)

Mileage reimbursement

Company-issued tablet for documentation

Flexible PRN schedule — no minimum hours, no weekends, no on-call

W-2 status, not 1099 — taxes handled, workers' comp included

We're hiring more than one PRN OT for this role. Each therapist works either Montgomery County or Prince George's County — not both — so you'll have a defined territory close to where you live. Home base is our Silver Spring office.

Montgomery County: Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, Wheaton, Germantown, Cabin John and surrounding communities

Prince George's County: Hyattsville, Bowie, College Park, Upper Marlboro, Laurel and surrounding communities
