Contract Coordinator-Level 1 - Associate (0 - 5 Years)

Job Title: Contract Coordinator Location: Juno Beach FL Duration: 06 Months Contract Responsibilities Assist in tasks related to negotiations, contract documents, and other legal/regulatory proceedings with regard to the wholesale power and natural gas business and related commercial transactions. Review contractual agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations. Generate outgoing contracts, amendments, and confirmations to trading partners. Maintain accurate records, coordinate and track incoming and outgoing documents, and manage and maintain contract/counterparty database; may assist with Proforma development (including assumption validation) and complete reporting as needed. Under limited guidance, interact with a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in power plant overhauls and maintenance. Apply rigor, discipline, and focus in following standardized processes and procedures while continuously applying a lean and quality improvement mindset to improve the process. Possess technical knowledge of power plant equipment and be skilled in understanding and resolving technical issues, including for unplanned scope. Work closely with other Specialists, Supervisors, and Contract Coordinators to develop and implement complex plans for execution of work scope. Lead contract administration activities, assist in legal and regulatory compliance, and oversee contractual agreement reviews. Manage contract execution processes, including amendments, negotiations, and confirmation tracking. Be in the field for long hours in possible adverse weather conditions, attend meetings, provide feedback, and promote safety in all aspects. Work closely with supervisors and contract teams to develop and implement complex execution plans. Experience and Education Education: Designation as a paralegal or other relevant college degree required. Experience: 0-5 years of experience in contract negotiation, contract execution, and financial trading institution transactions.
