Duties and Responsibilities Develops and implements policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and/or supplies. Supports the organization's supply chain strategy through maintenance of appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution of goods. Tracks inventory by performing physical counts and verifying information against warehousing systems. Ensures warehouse operations comply with regulations governing materials handling, storage, and distribution where applicable. Required Education, Experience, and Certifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Five years of related warehouse experience with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required Skills and Competencies Ability to foster teamwork. Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills.
