Job Location:  Stockton, California

Job Type:  Temporary

Pay Rate: $18-$19/hour

Schedule:  Monday - Friday; 6:30pm-3pm

Description of Position: Do you have experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk? Our client is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support their accounting team. This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone with basic accounts receivable experience and working knowledge of QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. They possess strong attention to detail, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and are comfortable working in a dynamic office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and send customer invoices
• Process and apply customer payments accurately
• Assist with tracking outstanding balances and past due accounts
• Maintain accurate customer records in QuickBooks
• Respond to customer billing inquires in a professional manner
• Support the accounting team with administrative and data entry tasks
• Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date

Description of Company: You will be supporting a well-established mailing service in Stockton, California.

Experience Required:

• Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes
• Experience using QuickBooks required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient data entry and recordkeeping abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
