This role partners closely with operations and suppliers to ensure quality, cost control, and on‑time delivery. What You’ll Do Create and manage purchase orders to support production needs Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers Analyze pricing, proposals, and supplier data to ensure competitive costs Track purchases, inventory levels, deliveries, and supplier performance Support cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with production, operations, and finance teams Resolve vendor‑related delivery, quality, or service issues What You Bring High School Diploma required 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing Experience buying raw materials or production supplies preferred 2+ years of ERP experience (Syteline a plus) Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail‑oriented, analytical, and solutions‑focused mindset Safety‑sensitive position Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Steel‑toe boots and safety glasses required in applicable areas American Products offers a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement are valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr Koch Air, LLC
