zTrip, one of North America's leading transportation providers, is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and community-focused Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence and strengthen connections throughout the communities we serve. In this role, you'll represent the zTrip brand, engage with local businesses and organizations, attend community events, and create meaningful relationships that increase awareness and utilization of our transportation services.

What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador:

Community Engagement & Brand Promotion

• Serve as the face of the zTrip brand within the community.
• Build awareness of zTrip's services through direct community engagement and outreach.
• Attend local events, networking functions, trade shows, festivals, and community gatherings.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, community leaders, and influencers.
• Promote the benefits and convenience of zTrip transportation services to prospective customers and partners.
• Represent zTrip in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner at all times.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and community participation.

Relationship Building & Outreach

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, businesses, healthcare facilities, hotels, schools, and other local stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach efforts to introduce zTrip's services and generate interest within the community.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for community partners and prospective customers.
• Build goodwill and strengthen community connections through ongoing engagement.
• Gather feedback from customers and community members to help improve awareness and service opportunities.

Marketing & Event Support

• Assist with local marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items at events and community functions.
• Support grand openings, sponsorships, community programs, and special events.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute outreach strategies.
• Capture insights and feedback from community interactions to help inform future campaigns.

Business Growth & Partnership Development

• Help identify new opportunities to expand zTrip's reach within the market.
• Support the development of relationships that drive ridership and brand growth.
• Connect local organizations and businesses with transportation solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide market feedback and community insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer growth and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications for a Brand Ambassador:

Preferred Experience

• Experience in brand promotion, community outreach, customer engagement, marketing, public relations, hospitality, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with diverse groups of people.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to represent the company with enthusiasm and integrity.
• Comfortable attending community events and engaging with the public.
• Experience with social media platforms and event promotion is a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
