We are seeking a results-driven Business Systems Analyst to support client implementations and ongoing system enhancements within a healthcare environment. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, business teams, and technology stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions that align with business needs. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $75,000-85,000/yr

What's the Job?

• Lead data analysis, mapping, and transformation between proprietary and standard file formats to support business and client requirements.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions meet client expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, QA teams, clients, and vendors to manage system enhancements, defects, and implementations.
• Utilize SQL and system analysis to troubleshoot issues, validate outputs, and recommend improvements.
• Support client implementations and ongoing projects, including testing, documentation, training, and Agile participation (Scrum/Kanban).

Required skills:

• Healthcare domain expertise (5+ years) with providers/payers, especially in claims and payment processing.
• Strong Business Analysis experience (5+ years) with requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis (Crystal Reports is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
