divh2Accounts Receivable Representative/h2pThe Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the accounts receivable functions at Paul Davis Restoration. The Accounts Receivable Representative is charged with the proper invoicing, collection of accounts receivable and resolving issues arising in the AR department./ppBenefits include 401(k), 401(k) matching, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, training development, and vision insurance./ppBasic requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of general accounting procedures, advanced Excel knowledge, and 3-5 years of accounts receivables or general accounting experience./ppOverall duties include recording credit card receipts, maintaining vendor compliance, processing purchase orders, and completing vendor waivers./ppHigh detail job accountabilities include providing accounts receivable support, developing and implementing credit/billing policies, and driving enhancements for cash forecasting and cash collections./ppThis is a full-time, salaried position with typical hours from 7:30am to 5 pm.
