The Dinex Group, led by Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking Assistant Captains for its new multi-venue concept on One Vanderbilt. This role requires preparing the dining room, maintaining tables, and contributing to a seamless service flow in a high-volume, luxury setting. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of New York fine dining experience, a passion for premier service, and strong communication skills. A hospitality degree is preferred but not required.
