Account Manager Commercial Lines in New York

Overview We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all assigned accounts have their policies bound 15 days before expiration, with the precise coverage required to meet their specific needs, guaranteeing long-term client satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Quote new insurance policies and manage renewals for all assigned policies Ensure all assigned policies are issued with appropriate coverage Ensure all policies comply with bank requirements Provide high-level customer support to assigned clients Complete all required and requested internal company processes Perform other duties as assigned by the President or Department Manager Position Characteristics/Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and seek help when needed Strong multitasking abilities, adaptability to changing situations, and quick, informed decision-making skills Proficiency in task organization and effective problem-solving Capability to work independently on individual tasks and collaboratively within a team Property and Casualty License Solid experience with Applied Epic, Excel, and Microsoft Word Background in marketing insurance policies 2-4 years Commercial Lines Account Management experience Oak Tree Insurance is looking for someone who understands the importance of performing responsibilities and self-management while meeting deadlines, adhering to policies, taking initiative, and being flexible to the ever-changing demands of the insurance industry.
