As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.44 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and notifying designated contacts as needed. Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
