You'll build and maintain the dashboards and models that track how the business is performing, prepare the analysis and slides that go in front of leadership, and use AI tools - including building your own lightweight agents and automations over time - to enhance your workflow and support broader AI adoption across the organization.You'll support the Director of BizOps on cross-functional initiatives and KPI tracking, bringing depth and speed on the numbers to the work.What You'll OwnAnalytics & ReportingBuild and maintain BI dashboards (Metabase/Snowflake or equivalent) covering auction performance, dealer operations, vehicle flow, and pricingDefine and track success metrics for BizOps-led initiatives, so leaders always know whether a project is actually workingBuild clear, exec-ready slides and reports for recurring leadership reviewsAI & Workflow AutomationUse AI tools to speed up and automate recurring analysis and reporting work.Build lightweight agents or automated pipelines for repeatable requests.Bring a builder's mindset to your own workflow and workflow of other teamsAnalysis & Business PartnershipRun deep-dive analyses to explain why a metric movedTranslate data into a clear point of view for non-technical stakeholdersWhat You Are2-3 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, strategy & ops, or a similarly analytical role (marketplace or automotive experience a plus, not required).Hands-on comfort building dashboards in a BI tool (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).Curiosity and hands-on comfort with AI tools for analysis and workflow automationStrong slide-building and communication skills — you can turn a messy dataset into something a VP can read in ten seconds.Business acumen: you understand why a metric matters to the business, not just how to compute it.Build the analytical backbone of a company at the center of the EV transition.Ship work quickly and see the impact of your analysis show up in real decisions, fast.Work directly with operators who've scaled multi-billion-dollar businesses in automotive, EV, and marketplaces.Join a team that values clarity, ownership, and a bias toward action.Compensation and BenefitsAnnual salary: L2 $85,000 - $105,000Salary ranges reflect independent, third-party benchmarking against national compensation data. Where an individual's actual offer falls within that range depends on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, specialized skills, training and qualifications, current business needs, and prevailing market conditions.
