Project Manager Overview We are a leading commercial contractor specializing in major structural projects. Operating as both a Design-Build General Contractor and a Structural Concrete Subcontractor, we are a union company with over 800 skilled tradesmen and 40 dedicated office staff. Our focus is on delivering large-scale, complex projects throughout California, with a primary emphasis on LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Job Details Title: Project Manager Pay Range: $101,000 - $130,000 + Car Allowance and Gas Responsibilities Oversee full project execution from pre-construction through closeout Coordinate closely with VDC Engineers, Superintendents, and other team members to ensure project alignment and efficiency Qualifications Minimum of 5 consecutive years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to be actively involved in field operations Proficient with project management software and digital tools used in construction planning and execution Benefits After a 90-day probationary period, employees are eligible for the following benefits: Medical Insurance: Anthem BlueCross PPO Platinum (100% of employee’s monthly premium paid).
