You'll own a portfolio of PCBA programs for the full lifecycle, from NPI to mass production — keeping builds on track, yield metrics visible, and customers informed. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role with direct customer exposure from day one.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day customer communication across AM/PM syncs, weekly reviews, and escalationsDrive build readiness — coordinating engineering, test, supply chain, and manufacturing to hit build milestonesPrepare and deliver program status including yield data; lead corrective action discussions with customers and internal teamsManage work orders, BOM deployments, and change orders through Agile, JIRA, Townsend, and FusionMonitor WIP on the production floor and help clear blockersPartner with supply chain to maintain material flow and resolve disruptions before they impact schedulesChampion continuous improvement initiatives— this is an emerging business area at Hyve, and you’ll have the opportunity to help structure the foundation of our management systems and processes as we grow this businessQualifications:5+ years of program or product management experience; electronics or PCBA manufacturing experience strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of change management and execution systems (Agile PLM, JIRA, or equivalent)Excellent communication skills with the ability to condense complex technical and operational status into clear slides or concise verbal updatesExperience managing hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise customer programs is a strong plusAbility to work cross-functionally with customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse personnelAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook), including building executive-ready status reportingExcel proficiency including pivot tables; able to build and own reportingSalary: $69,000-$109,000K DOE@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
