Cardiac Sales Manager - Western MA

AtriCure seeks a Cardiac Sales Manager for Western Massachusetts to drive direct sales of cardiac ablation, left atrial appendage, and cryo nerve block technologies to cardiothoracic operating rooms and hospital departments. The role involves territory development, customer prospecting, and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territory to meet targets
• Prospect and qualify new customers and opportunities through networking and outreach
• Expand product adoption within existing hospital accounts
• Coordinate with clinical and sales teams to achieve corporate sales objectives
• Close direct sales of ablation, left atrial appendage, and cryo nerve block products

Requirements

• Direct medical device sales experience, preferably in cardiac or surgical markets
• Proven track record achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
• Strategic planning and territory development capabilities
• Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Cross-functional collaboration and account penetration skills
• Knowledge of hospital operating room environments and physician decision-making
