Location: St. Gabriel, LA (approx. 25 minutes from Baton Rouge)


Position Type: Full-Time


Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour


Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary


Are you looking for a dynamic, hands-on role with clear opportunities for career advancement? We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join an active ISO tank container depot in St. Gabriel, Louisiana!


This position offers a great entry point into the industrial maintenance field. You will start by cross-training across various shop and yard operations while the leadership team evaluates your strengths and technical abilities. Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a eager-to-learn attitude will unlock opportunities for specialized training and rapid internal promotion!

Key Responsibilities

  • Depot Maintenance: Work hands-on both indoors in the shop and outdoors in the yard to support daily facility operations.
  • Equipment Care: Assist with the inspection, repair, testing, cleaning, and preparation of ISO tanks, chassis, trucks, and related industrial equipment.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Rotate and assist across different operational departments to build a well-rounded skill set.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean work environment and adhere strictly to all depot safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in both indoor shop conditions and outdoor yard environments.
  • Attitude & Aptitude: Strong mechanical inclination, dependable work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills on the job.
  • Safety Gear: All specialized Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided on site.
  • Background & Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and a 5-panel drug screen.
