Remote Health Plan Specialist

DescriptionJob DescriptionOur health insurance client is hiring to support their ramp for open enrollment. This line will be specifically taking Medicare calls. They will be speaking with a more elderly population and so empathy and patience is key. They will help them walk through their Medicare benefits and answer any questions they may have. Calls will be all inbound, typically between 50 and 70 a day. 70 would be on the absolute high end and not the norm.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
