We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment and managing various administrative tasks efficiently.

Bilingual dental front desk (Spanish and English)

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage phone systems, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries.

Perform medical scheduling and coordinate patient appointments effectively.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.

Process dental billing accurately and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while communicating with patients and healthcare providers.

Collaborate with dental receptionists to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
