Talent Management Advisor — Strategic Workforce Planning

Office of the Secretary of Defense

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is seeking a Talent Management Advisor in the United States. The role focuses on civilian recruitment and placement, executive resources, performance management, and workforce planning within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy (OUSWP). The position supports policymaking and staffing strategy at the highest levels and is telework eligible.
