Production Manager An established beverage bottling company is seeking an experienced production Manager to join their team! Operating for over 100 years, the company has grown from a small local operation to a leading producer and distributor of world‑class beverages across the Southeast. DSJ Global provided pay range Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead and develop production teams across multiple shifts Ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality beverage manufacturing Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management Maintain compliance with ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, and safety standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize KPIs Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered 5+ years in manufacturing or production leadership Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and operational standards Excellent communication and team‑building skills Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, multi‑shift environment Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Production Industries Beverage Manufacturing Location: Atlanta, GA #J-18808-Ljbffr
