The real estate team advises investors, developers, operators, lenders, and business owners on transactions nationwide. According to the firm's public materials, its attorneys regularly handle acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, refinancing, restructurings, and dispositions across all levels of the capital stack, while serving as trusted business advisors to their clients. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, leasing agreements, and related transactional documents.Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, refinancings, and development matters.Coordinate due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes.Work directly with clients, lenders, investors, and opposing counsel.Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, and litigation practices when transactions require cross-disciplinary support.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York Bar.5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm.Significant experience representing owners, developers, borrowers, lenders, or investors in commercial real estate matters.Mid-market transaction experience is required.Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.Ability to independently manage deals while working collaboratively within a team environment.Why Join This Firm?Premier New York business law platform with a national reach and a reputation for sophisticated, results-oriented counsel.
