Senior Director of Marketing

A leading healthcare technology organization is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead its end‑to‑end marketing function from its Fort Lauderdale, FL headquarters . Reporting directly to the CEO, this role owns marketing strategy, brand, demand generation, and communications while leading a high‑performing global marketing team . This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a strategic, hands‑on executive who can align marketing with business growth objectives and serve as the senior marketing voice across the organization.

You will define and execute the company’s marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, campaign planning, and pipeline development, while ensuring strong brand stewardship across all channels. This role drives demand generation, content strategy, product launches, and digital presence, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership to deliver measurable revenue impact. Success is measured by the clarity of strategy, strength of the brand, and the pipeline and engagement outcomes delivered by the marketing function.

A core expectation is building and scaling an AI‑native marketing engine , embedding AI into every stage of the lifecycle—from research and planning to content production, optimization, and analytics. You will define the AI tool stack, lead a distributed global team (including offshore resources), and implement strong operating cadence and accountability. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive marketing experience , proven leadership in strategy and demand generation, and deep fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude), with a track record of driving growth in fast‑paced, high‑impact environments.
