Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, employing standardized evaluation tools to develop targeted treatment plans.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility or personal preference, ensuring that support is always available.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of individuals and families seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. As an added incentive for joining our team, we provide a generous sign-on bonus to licensed therapists.
