Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gilbert, AZ, supporting a State Farm Agent’s office. The Account Manager will handle customer inquiries, provide insurance and financial services information, and assist with quoting, onboarding, and servicing policies. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing customer accounts, processing policy changes, following up on leads, and supporting retention efforts through proactive outreach. The role also involves collaborating with the agent and team on local marketing initiatives, documenting interactions in agency systems, and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience. Qualifications Customer service and relationship-building skills to support client retention and satisfaction. Sales, lead follow-up, and basic marketing skills to help grow the agency’s book of business. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines. Verbal and written communication skills to explain products, document interactions, and resolve issues clearly. Comfort with computers and office technology, including CRM or agency management systems. Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
