Immediate opportunity to contribute within a busy accounting department 6-month contract assignment with hands-on AP experience Collaborative team environment with established processes Great fit for someone who enjoys invoice processing and payment support functions Opportunity to gain exposure to specialized accounting systems and workflows Key Responsibilities As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will: Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper approval Assist with claim check processing and payment support activities Research and resolve invoice discrepancies as needed Maintain accurate vendor and payment records Support accounts payable reporting and reconciliation activities Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Ideal candidates for this Accounts Payable Clerk role will have: Prior accounts payable experience required Experience processing invoices in a medium-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Experience with IAS is a strong plus Why This Role?
