Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state-issued license or certification for School Psychologists
• Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of special education law (IDEA, Section 504) and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop and facilitate interventions tailored to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments
• Participate in eligibility meetings, developing recommendations and presenting findings
• Assist in creating, updating, and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic and behavioral interventions
• Provide crisis response and intervention services as needed
• Promote inclusive practices and positive school climate initiatives
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state regulations
