Sales Representative, Small Business Services ADP is hiring a Sales Representative in the Small Business Services division. This role targets clients with 1–49 employees, helping them with payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and related solutions. What you’ll do Grow the business by closing sales, winning new business, and achieving sales goals independently and collaboratively. Turn prospects into clients by implementing a targeted sales strategy and building a network of decision‑makers and owners. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud‑based HR solutions and strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. To succeed in this role Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent style with ability to cold‑call, manage time, and present ideas professionally in person and over the phone. Agile solution seeker: problem‑solver who can find answers or solutions even in fast‑paced change. Continuous learner: always learning, growing, and questioning practices to improve outcomes. Required Experience One to two years of prior work or internship experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry. Military experience is highly valued and the company supports veterans. Bonus Points – Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying experience. Base salary for this position ranges from USD 35,900 to USD 77,700 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonus, equity, and commissions, with uncapped commissions and incentive trips as additional rewards.
