• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems: operate equipment, identify faults, replace/repair components.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners: present accurate diagnoses, outline choices, and explain financing or payment options with full transparency (no unnecessary products).
• Perform preventive maintenance to sustain performance and reliability.
• Complete authorized work accurately and on schedule.
• Record thorough service notes and parts usage.
• Maintain safety and health protocols on every job.
• Invest in continuing education to advance technical skills.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required).
• EPA Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-directed with sound decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
