Job Description: The Assistant Track & Field Coach is responsible for assisting both programs in all aspects of administration and operation of a competitive Division I collegiate track and field and cross-country program. Duties include: Aid with practice/competition activities for an NCAA Division I program; Help manage student-athlete skill development and performance analysis; Abide by and comply with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference rules, academic standards, requirements, and policies of the Department of Athletics and University; Interact with a wide variety of people in a manner that positively portrays the University, its programs, and its personnel; Promote a culture of inclusion, working effectively within a culture of individuals with diverse backgrounds, styles, abilities, and motivations; Contribute to the overall success of the university's intercollegiate athletics program by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned; Work is performed in an indoor/outdoor environment.
