Greetings! We're seeking a Marketing Rep to work in our Lawrenceville office. This opportunity will be asked to drive field marketing initiatives for a staffing firm serving business-to-business clients across Georgia. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the Sales Manager, this role will generate leads, engage customers, conduct market research, deliver client presentations, and support relationship management through regional and frequent travel.

 

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field marketing activities.
• Conduct customer outreach with business-to-business clients.
• Perform market research to identify opportunities and market trends.
• Deliver client presentations.
• Track sales activity and maintain accurate records.
• Build and manage client relationships.
• Prepare marketing and sales reports.
• Participate in Georgia-wide marketing initiatives and regional travel.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing and sales.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, market research, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management and marketing analytics.
• Strong presentation, written communication, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
