Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (required), Master’s preferred; RN licensure; BLS certification; NRP or ARC-NALS certification. Experience: Minimum of five years' clinical experience, with leadership and acute care experience preferred. Key duties: building a skilled team, setting and achieving goals for safety and quality, maintaining regulatory compliance, conducting staff evaluations, managing staffing needs, ensuring effective patient care coordination, and fostering open communication.
