Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will take on critical responsibilities to support our clients, including the following:

• Directly work with clients experiencing major mental health issues, offering clinical assessments, interventions, and ongoing therapy tailored to their needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring holistic treatment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client base within our community health clinic setting, primarily assisting individuals facing severe mental health challenges including major depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following certifications and educational background:
