Responsibilities Teach scheduled classes, including morning “dawn patrol,” Vinyasa, and Restorative sessions. Arrive 20 minutes before the first class to prepare: set up equipment, turn on AC, and ensure cleanliness. Manage the 15‑minute window before each class for check‑in, membership sales, and marketing posts. Vacuum the main area and operate the shark vacuum after classes; perform minor bathroom cleanup. Maintain the key in the lock box or door lock. Handle student enrollment through the Zen Planner app and support memberships sales. Create social media content during empty 15‑minute windows to promote the studio. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience. Strong social media presence or a demonstrated ability to grow a following. Confidence selling memberships and engaging with the community. Independent worker capable of managing scheduling, classroom setup, and cleaning responsibilities. Fluency in social media communication and basic marketing tactics. Compensation Pay $35 per hour, applied to each scheduled shift, including shift gaps.
