Production Coordinator - North Miami, FL

Our client, a contemporary women's fashion brand known for creating elevated everyday apparel, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support product development and production operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing timelines, production workflows, and cross-functional communication to ensure products move efficiently from development through delivery. Key Responsibilities Monitor production timelines, shipments, and delivery schedules to support on-time execution Coordinate development approvals, sample tracking, and production milestones throughout the product lifecycle Communicate with international manufacturing partners and vendors regarding production updates, approvals, and costing Maintain production calendars and ensure key deadlines are tracked and communicated Partner with internal teams to confirm product details, approvals, and production requirements Prepare, update, and maintain purchase orders, production records, and supporting documentation Assist with vendor compliance tracking and operational follow-up as needed Support production meetings and provide administrative assistance to the product team Maintain organized production files, invoices, and data records Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in apparel production, product development, or a related field Understanding of the apparel production process from development through finished goods Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams Ability to work full-time on-site in North Miami, FL #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
