We're growing fast - and we promote from within, rewarding performance and reliability with advancement, added responsibility, and new opportunities.The OpportunityAs an Area Operations Manager, you'll own end-to-end operations for doorstep trash collection across your market. You'll lead new community rollouts, build and develop your team, partner with property managers, and work alongside your crew in the field.This role blends white-collar leadership with blue-collar grit. You'll manage schedules, payroll, and client relationships by day, and you'll roll up your sleeves and lead from the front at night. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and want to grow with a company that's scaling quickly, this is your seat.What You'll DoLead nightly operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring flawless, on-time executionHire, train, and coach porters to CCS service standardsConduct on-site quality audits and employee performance checksBuild and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clientsManage scheduling and route coverage - no missed pickupsOversee employee logistics: safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payrollRespond quickly to on-site issues such as equipment failures or staffing gapsMaintain nightly reporting, payroll, employee documentation, and complianceSupport new community onboarding, including resident orientations and equipment distributionWho You AreA hands-on leader who isn't afraid to work late nights or jump on a route when neededA proactive problem solver and communicator - honest, accountable, and solution-focusedComfortable managing people, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and responsive - able to pivot when staffing gaps or service issues ariseA team builder who leads by example and wants to grow as the company growsRequirementsClean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience (required to operate a company vehicle)Ability to pass a background check and drug testBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to work outdoors for extended periods and stay on your feet, walking several miles per shift, without assistanceStrong work ethic across both blue-collar and white-collar tasks dailySchedule & Work EnvironmentNight and weekend availability required; routes run 7 days a weekPeak working hours are 7 PM–2 AM dailyMix of field work and administrative tasks, with flexible daytime hours based on business needsTravel to neighboring markets may be required to support operationsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $55,000/year, paid bi-weeklyPerformance Bonus: $5,000/year, paid quarterlyCompany Vehicle: for all work-related use - gas and maintenance coveredHealth Insurance: company-sponsored plan for you and your family401(k) Match: 4% match on the first 5% after 12 monthsGrowth: help build and lead new districts as we expandHow to ApplyApply today to take the next step in your career with CCS.Want to stand out?
