District Operations Manager – Doorstep Trash Collection (Nights & Weekends)Location: Charlotte, NCWho We AreCommunity Concierge Services (CCS) delivers doorstep trash and recycling pickup to apartment communities coast to coast. Every evening, our 700+ team members serve over 160,000 apartment units nationwide. We're expanding quickly - and we believe in promoting from within. Dependability and strong performance here translate directly into advancement, greater responsibility, and new opportunities.The RoleAs our District Operations Manager for the Charlotte market, you'll take full ownership of doorstep collection operations from start to finish. That means launching new communities, recruiting and developing your crew, building trusted partnerships with property managers, and getting out in the field with your team.This position combines office leadership with hands-on hustle. During the day, you'll handle scheduling, payroll, and client communication. At night, you'll be on the ground leading by example. If you perform best in a fast-moving, accountability-driven environment and want to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company, this seat is yours to take.Your ResponsibilitiesRun nightly service operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless, on-time executionRecruit, onboard, and coach porters to meet CCS service standardsPerform on-site quality audits and evaluate employee performanceDevelop and sustain strong working relationships with property managers and clientsOwn scheduling and route coverage - zero missed pickupsHandle employee logistics including safety equipment, reporting apps, and ADP payrollAct fast when issues arise on-site, from equipment breakdowns to last-minute staffing gapsKeep nightly reports, payroll records, employee files, and compliance documentation currentDrive new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment handoutsWhat We're Looking ForA roll-up-your-sleeves leader who's willing to work late nights and cover a route personally when the situation calls for itSomeone who solves problems before they grow and communicates with honesty, accountability, and a focus on solutionsConfidence managing people, systems, and processes when things move fastAdaptability - you can pivot on the fly when staffing or service challenges pop upA culture-builder who leads from the front and wants to rise as CCS growsRequirementsClean driving record with 5+ years behind the wheel (you'll operate a company vehicle)Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Physical ability to work outdoors for extended stretches and walk several miles per shift on your feet, without assistanceA strong work ethic that carries across both hands-on field work and administrative duties every daySchedule & EnvironmentNights and weekends are a must - routes operate 7 days a weekCore hours run 7 PM–2 AM dailyA blend of field operations and admin work, with daytime flexibility depending on business needsOccasional travel to nearby markets to support operationsPay & BenefitsBase Salary: $55,000/year, paid bi-weeklyPerformance Bonus: $5,000/year, distributed quarterlyCompany Vehicle: provided for all work-related use, with gas and maintenance coveredHealth Insurance: company-sponsored coverage for you and your family401(k): 4% match on the first 5% contributed, after 12 monthsCareer Growth: the chance to build and lead new districts as we expandReady to Apply?Take the next step in your career with CCS - apply today.Want to stand out?
