HR Operation Specialist

负责职位发布、简历筛选、候选人寻访及人才库建设，主动挖掘符合业务需求的潜在人才 ，提高关键岗位招聘效率
负责候选人初步沟通与筛选，评估候选人的专业背景、工作经验、薪酬期望及岗位匹配度 ，并形成推荐意见
统筹安排面试流程，包括面试邀约、面试协调、面试反馈收集及跟进，确保招聘流程高效 推进
具备独立承接美国当地客户BD对接与维护能力，主动开展客户沟通、需求访谈、业务答疑 及初步合作洽谈，建立稳定的海外客户链接与信任关系根据项目需求完成临时性交办工作，主动补位配合团队完成各项辅助任务
二、招聘市场研究与数据分析（30%） 负责招聘数据看板的管理与维护，按时输出周报及阶段性招聘数据分析报告为猎头业务提供及时、准确的信息支撑，快速响应特定人才市场的调研需求
持续追踪北美招聘市场动态，覆盖热门岗位、薪资趋势、行业用人需求变化等关键维度
针对目标行业/公司开展深度研究，产出结构化分析（如目标公司招聘偏好、岗位技能拆 解、市场薪酬调研等）
将复杂的研究结论转化为有数据、有洞察的内容素材，供小红书等平台使用
三、内容运营与制作（30%） 协助直线经理搭建小红书及TikTok账号，参与账号定位、内容规划与栏目设计，打造有 辨识度的IP形象 独立完成文案撰写、封面设计及短视频拍摄与剪辑- 日常监测内容数据表现，根据数据反馈优化内容方向与发布节奏 任职要求： 硬性能力 人才寻访和评估技能：快速识别关键技能、经验匹配度和潜在能力，评估候选人胜任力、 沟通能力、文化契合度 数据分析工具：熟练使用 Excel/Google Sheets 高级功能（数据透视表、公式、动态图 表）； 内容平台经验：有0-1运营小红书或TikTok的经验，深刻理解平台调性和内容传播逻辑中文文案：优秀的中文写作能力，能创作高共鸣、强传播性的内容
视觉制作：熟练使用图片及视频编辑工具，具有良好的审美和视觉把控能力
研究能力：有信息检索与整合能力，能快速将碎片信息结构化，形成清晰、可用的结论
合法身份：拥有在美国合法工作的身份
北美职场认知：熟悉北美就业市场的基本规则和流程（如H1B、OPT、绿卡申请、各州 就业差异等）
软性素质 自驱力强，能适应远程协作模式，主动汇报与沟通
具备快速学习能力，能高效消化陌生领域的知识
具备良好的沟通表达能力，逻辑清晰，善于倾听与反馈，能够与不同背景的人员建立高效、 顺畅的合作关系
