We're Hiring: Customer Experience Team Member
Syracuse, NY | Full-Time Days | Customer Experience
As a Signature Service Team Member, you'll be the go-to guide for homeowners after installation. Think of it as being the friendly voice, the steady hand, and the behind-the-scenes rockstar who keeps things running smoothly. You'll:
- Be the primary point of contact for post-installation support
- Manage communication via phone, text, email, and more
- Partner with sales and project managers to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Solve problems before they become problems
- Help create that Signature Service Experience we're known for

- A master communicator (written and spoken)
- Cool under pressure and sharp with time management
- Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-obsessed
- Someone who thrives in a team-first, fast-paced environment
- Customer-service experience is a must (Salesforce experience = bonus points!)
- A valid driver's license and a winning attitude
- High school diploma required, 2-year degree preferred
- Strong background in customer service (high volume preferred)
- Experience in a sales environment = a plus!
