You’ll be supported by your Manager and Mentor to gain in‑depth knowledge of the adhesive industry and collaborate with various departments and functions. Location: St. Paul, MN Department: Marketing Communications Our Internship Experience includes: 12‑week paid program beginning the end of May to mid‑August to gain insight and knowledge in your field. Interactive orientation and events with skilled professionals in your field, including managers, directors, and CEO. Multiple networking, volunteer and fun events – both virtual and in‑person. Impactful projects that make a difference internally and externally for H.B. Fuller. End of summer final presentation to showcase your career development with support from managers and peers. Position Overview: While working through the assigned projects, the intern will partner with strategic marketers, sales professionals, and key business partners. The intern will demonstrate project management skills, learn how different functions collaborate to help drive growth opportunities in the market, develop relationships, think strategically and creatively, request and give feedback. Primary Responsibilities: Creation of content pieces to support marketing campaigns, product launches, or customer e‑learning (social media posts, email marketing campaigns, sales sheets, sales presentations, blogs, videos, etc.). Managing product information in the customer portal and featured product sites. Managing delivery of content to sales teams or via digital channels and measure the impact. Lead project to establish internal content management processes. Provide feedback on brand consistency in outbound communications. Minimum Qualifications: Currently Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Minimum rising junior or senior in Marketing, Communications or related field Must be detailed‑oriented, and able to be a self‑starter in order to complete projects Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Must have experience with graphic design (Canva) Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour. In addition to your salary, H.B.
