The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, enjoys working with large data sets, and is motivated by finding actionable insights that drive business results.This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across the organization while working in an environment that values continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisSupport monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities.Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models used to evaluate business performance and future growth initiatives.Analyze financial results and communicate key drivers of variances, risks, and opportunities to business leaders.Partner with operational and functional teams to validate assumptions and improve forecast accuracy.Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve the efficiency of financial planning activities.Strategic AnalysisBuild scenario analyses and business case models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decisions.Prepare executive-level presentations that summarize financial performance, emerging trends, and key business insights.Research market conditions, industry trends, and economic factors that may impact business performance.Translate complex financial information into meaningful recommendations for senior leadership.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Approximately 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, consulting, public accounting, or another analytical finance environment.Strong understanding of financial statements and how they interact to support business decision-making.Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.PreferredCPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.Experience with financial planning software, ERP systems, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms.Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar analytical tools is beneficial.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences.Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Intellectual curiosity with a desire to understand how financial performance connects to overall business strategy.Someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, challenging existing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
