Sr. Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic planning and financial decision-making for a growing organization in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role will partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and deliver insights that improve profitability. The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A experience, sharp analytical skills, and a solid understanding of pricing and margin performance within a services-oriented environment.Responsibilities:• Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support budgeting, planning, and long-range business decisions.• Analyze operating results against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key drivers behind variances and recommending corrective actions.• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess pricing strategies, margin performance, and overall business profitability.• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.• Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence revenue and expense performance.• Support monthly and quarterly planning cycles by consolidating inputs, validating assumptions, and improving reporting accuracy.• Evaluate business performance across service lines or functions to help leadership make informed operational and investment decisions.
