Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the attorney's calendar; schedule and coordinate court events, meetings, and appointments, managing deadlines. Prepare, draft, and format legal documents Maintain excellent communication and client relations. Conduct complex discovery, gathering and analyzing financials, collaborate with forensic accountants and attorneys, and handle legal research Prepare, review, and file court documents using Florida Court Portals and PACER Qualifications: 3+ years of experience handling complex marital litigation, divorces, and paternity matters Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and deadline management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and investigatory skills Working knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
