Overview:

Location: Athens, AL
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour

This is a short-term assignment expected to last approximately 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office and administrative support duties

• Maintain filing and organize documentation

• Assist with food ordering for meetings and events

• Create flyers and internal communications

• Organize supply closets and office materials

• Create employee badges

• Prepare New Hire Orientation packets

• Assist team members with requests such as shirts, hats, and other items

• Perform restroom supply checks to ensure toilet paper, soap, and feminine hygiene products are stocked

• Assist HR Specialists and the HR Manager with additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, office, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer skills

• Professional communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment

• Dependable and able to work independently
