About the Role: As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations. Your experience in inventory management, purchasing, and coordination will enable you to ensure seamless operations, maintain optimal stock levels, and source quality materials.

Key Responsibilities: Process and manage equipment and materials purchasing to ensure prompt availability of resources for our dynamic service and install teams. Perform invoice verification and bill matching to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Generate and manage supplier invoicing and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate and place purchase orders within our internal materials management system. Track and maintain inventory for trucks and warehouse stock across 4 locations. Communicate with vendors, technicians, and office staff to support daily operations. Provide general clerical and administrative support (filing, data entry, document management). Assist with organizing and maintaining job records and service documentation. Support operational needs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments.

Qualifications: Experience supporting procurement, purchase orders, invoicing, and administrative roles. Experience using Service Titan or similar technology platforms. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience in construction trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of service industry workflows (HVAC/plumbing/electrical). Service Titan Platform. Familiarity with managing materials lists, costs, and prices within a technology platform. Experience with inventory tracking both in warehouse and service vehicles. Familiarity with accounting or job management software.
