Controller

Established, privately held organization seeks a Controller who can lead daily accounting operations while helping drive financial visibility, process improvements, and business performance.

\n

\n

This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading a small team, and serving as a trusted financial partner to the CEO.

\n

\n

What You’ll Do as the Controller

\n
    \n
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, month-end close, financial reporting, inventory, and cost accounting.
    • \n
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • \n
  • Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
    • \n
  • Manage audits, tax compliance, multi-entity accounting, and multi-currency transactions.
    • \n
  • Optimize ERP systems and reporting to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
    • \n

What You Bring

\n
    \n
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
    • \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
    • \n
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineered products, or other inventory-intensive industries.
    • \n
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
    • \n
  • A proactive, analytical leadership style with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
    • \n
