Back Server

Prince Street Hospitality   is excited to introduce   Romy , our newest restaurant concept. We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented   Back Server   team member to support our front-of-house operations. This role is essential to delivering seamless service by ensuring the dining room, bar, and service areas remain organized, stocked, and ready throughout each shift.

The ideal candidate takes pride in anticipating the needs of the team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional hospitality depends on strong support behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Reset and prepare dining tables quickly and meticulously between guests.

• Fill and replenish water bottles throughout service.

• Polish and maintain glassware to the restaurant's standards.

• Return china, glassware, flatware, and service wares to their proper locations to ensure smooth service.

• Assist bartenders by retrieving glassware, ice, spirits, garnishes, and other items needed during service.

• Help set up the dining room, service stations, and bar before service.

• Restock service stations with glassware, flatware, linens, and other supplies as needed.

• Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers to ensure efficient front-of-house operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the shift.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and assist wherever needed.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00)
