Position: Academic Pediatric Endocrinologist

Our organization, in collaboration with a prominent medical center and children's hospital, is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to enhance our Pediatrics subspecialty faculty team at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Flint, Michigan.

Job Overview

The role involves serving as an academic pediatric endocrinologist within the Pediatrics residency program. Candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible if currently in training. This position emphasizes teaching resident physicians and engaging actively as a faculty member.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and mentor resident physicians in pediatric endocrinology.
• Participate actively in faculty meetings and departmental activities.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and students.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in pediatric endocrinology.

Academic Appointment

Faculty members at our medical center may seek an academic appointment with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, with the rank determined by experience.

Loan Forgiveness

Eligible candidates may qualify for loan forgiveness under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program for student debt.
