THE ROLE

We're looking for a passionate and highly organized Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for hourly, management, and support roles across our Boston market of 20+ cafes, bakery, and catering operations. You'll partner closely with café and operations leaders to anticipate staffing needs and deliver a warm, high-touch candidate experience. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with Leaders

• Partner with District Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and succession plans


• Build trusted relationships with operations and support teams, and set clear expectations throughout each search


• Coach and train hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting cycle

Own the Full Recruiting Cycle

• Lead end-to-end recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers


• Support salary negotiations, offer letters, and background and reference checks as needed


• Ensure every candidate experience warmth, clarity, and connection, whether or not they join us

Source and Build the Brand

• Develop diverse sourcing strategies by role and location, using job boards, referrals, social media, and local outreach


• Host and attend hiring events, job fairs, and networking opportunities across the Boston area


• Build relationships with industry, affinity, and workforce development organizations


• Support employer branding initiatives that bring Tatte's culture to life

Onboard, Measure, and Improve

• Collaborate with L&D, HR, and Operations to create a smooth, memorable onboarding experience


• Maintain accurate, timely records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)


• Track and analyze key metrics (time-to-fill, source performance, staffing to par, turnover, cost-per-hire, bench strength) and use them to drive decisions


• Help refine and implement application and interviewing policies and procedures


• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable law and Tatte policies


• Stay current on industry trends and champion Tatte's values in every interaction

Support the People Team

• Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager and People & Culture team members on recruiting and team-wide projects


• Assist with administrative tasks that keep hiring and onboarding running smoothly

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in hospitality, retail, or high-growth environments (multi-unit strongly preferred)


• Proven success recruiting high-volume roles; experience hiring managers and support/corporate roles is a plus


• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many open roles and competing priorities


• Energy and composure in a very fast-paced, field-based environment; you act with urgency when it matters


• Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and project management skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Forms) and experience with an ATS


• A genuine passion for people, food, and creating exceptional experiences


• Proficiency in Spanish
