Client Advisor - Madison Avenue

Summary Serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while maximizing individual and team sales. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service, cross-selling and an omnichannel approach. Uphold store standards for visual display, stock procedures and loss prevention while staying current on fashion trends and product knowledge. Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers, guiding them through the client journey and providing personalized luxury service. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop relationships and future sales opportunities. Proactively cross-sell across departments and pursue individual sales targets and KPIs. Support omnichannel initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent in-store experience. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop floor presentation, stock procedures and security. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary. Requirements Passion for selling and strong interest in luxury, fashion, art and design. Proven experience building long‑lasting client relationships and achieving sales results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation and problem‑solving orientation.
